The reserve is located 45km south of Sharm El Naga of Hurghada.
In Sharm El Naga you can snorkel right from the beach amidst a large variety of fish, some of which are rarely seen elsewhere. You have to swim only few meters to see the beautiful underwater world, the coral reefs in Sharm El Naga are virtually unaffected.
In the bay of Sharm El Naga, particularly care is taken to keep the water clean, protect the reefs and the environment. Because of this, Sharm El Naga is one of the most beautiful places in the Red Sea to go snorkeling. Sharm El Naga is excellent for diving with about 20 different dive sites nearby.
